The 11 years old girl named Hanneles throwing herself not able to handle the abuse from her stepfather Materne in the blizzardy winter. But she is rescued and taken to a poorhouse by Seidel, the ranger. Doctors, officials, and Gottwald look after her but she keeps produce spurious nonsense such as ‘I heard God’s calling inside water’. The fear of her father makes her in the hallucination.

 In her dream, she sees her father intoxicated and acted very aggressive at her. She wakes up and the nurse come to her and comforts her. And in her next dream, she sees her dead mother giving the key to the heaven to her. Right after mother gone away, three angels sing and let her know the life in hell is over now.

 The nurse and nun in this story is actually Hanneles dead mother. Hannels body is placed in the glass coffin dressed like an ethereal bride. And every people in town gatherand lament for her death. Once again the stepfather of her show up and kick up a row, but someone who introduce himself as the messenger of God stops him.

 The Chorus of angels echo around.

‘Arosaegin’ is the project team performing brand new type of performance such as busking, environmental theater work that is out of fixed form. Young people played a key role in this team.

 ‘Arosaedida’ means ‘carving something like letter or pattern with delicacy’ or ‘engraving something in one’s mind clearly’ in Korea. We hope to be engraved someone’s mind like our name either.
