Music that plays stories,
Mime that expresses the journey of a Samurai's heart,

Detailed and kind explanation!

Slow-nin Waltz

Coming from Osaka Japan, Slow-nin Waltz is produced
by the Hephall group of Osaka.
It is a mime troupe using light and sound to create a story
both strange and interesting.

Slow-nin Waltz is the tale of a clumsy Samurai in Edo era Japan
who dreams of his own death in a duel.
Upon waking he decides to sell his sword and run from the inn where he lives.
The play is the story of his escape from death and his strange journey
as he is chased through Edo Japan told through mime, music and light.

It is an entertaining tale, expect to see many strange and unreal events
along his journey including a talking mountain,
an intelligent cow and even a zombie.
In the end the samurai comes to the realization
that no one can escape death and must accept his fate
and return to his life as samurai.
A mix of modern and traditional Japanese culture it is an entertaining
and at times beautiful tale told artfully.

Slow-nin Waltz will be performed Friday and Saturday May 7th and 8th.
Saturday will have an afternoon and evening show. Tickets are 15,000 won.
