I Am Another Yourself
A great production for both Korean and English audiences
I Am Another Yourself is a non-verbal play
and carried entirely by the score and the actions of the figures.
Directed by Chia-yin Cheng and produced by Puppet & Its Double Theatre
the Taiwanese puppet collective the show is broken into ten parts
which are tied together for the finale.
Puppet and Its Double Theater is an award-winning puppet group
that delights and amazes audiences with its creativity and imagination.
Coming from Taiwan this puppet theater group has won many awards
and much praise as it has delighted audiences around the world.
The score is written by composer Young Chen and tells the tale which goes
from the playful and whimsical to the dark and oppressive.
The puppets are other worldly and truly unique.
Each puppet has a personality and appearance which helps to tell the story.
All shows are in Kyungsung Universities Multimedia center
guaranteeing everyone a good view of the puppets.
I Am Another Yourself plays 5 times
with two shows on May 5th and 6th (at 4 and 7, and 4 and 8)
and an evening show on Friday, May 7th at eight o'clock.
Tickets are 15,000 won.
