부산국제연극제에서 한국을 포함한 전 세계의 훌륭한 작품을 기다립니다.
기존의 공식 초청작 선정 방식에서 더욱 확장하여
부산국제연극제와 함께 할 수준 높은 작품을 연중 상시 공모합니다.
국적의 제한을 두지 않는 부산국제연극제에 참여할 공연단체의 많은 제안 바랍니다.
The feast of stage filled with imagination and fun!
BIPAF is waiting for great works from all over the world, including Korea.
It will further expand the existing officially invited work selection method and collect high-quality works to be with the BIPAF throughout the year.
Please make a lot of suggestions from performance teams that will participate in the BIPAF, which does not limit nationality.

○ 부산국제연극제 ‘공식초청작’ 제안 공모
○ Official Invitation Performance Proposal System for the BIPAF
○ 부산국제연극제 개최 기간 : 매년 5월 ~ 6월
○ Period of BIPAF : May to June every year
○ 제안 기간 : 연중 상시
○ Proposed period : Year-round
○ 공연장소 : 부산광역시 소재 소·중·대극장
○ Venue : Small·Medium·Grand Theater in Busan
2. 제안 대상
2. Qualification for proposed
○ 국내외 모든 공연예술단체
※개인대표의 프로젝트 그룹 가능
○ All Domestic and International performing arts organizations
※Project groups of individual representatives are available
○ 장소, 장르, 형식에 구애받지 않는 모든 작품
(연극, 가족극, 무용극, 음악극, 신체극, 융복합, 기타)
○ All works regardless of location, genre or format
(Theater, Family, Dance, Musical, Physical and convergence, etc)
3. 초청내용 및 조건
3. Contents and conditions of Invitation
○ 제안 서류 및 전체 영상을 바탕으로 공식초청 검토 및 선정
○ Official invitation works will be selected through the proposal documents and full video
○ 초청작 공연은 부산국제연극제 기간 중 2회~3회(세부 일정 및 회차 협의)
○ Invitation performance will be performed twice or three times during the BIPAF
(Detailed schedule discussion)
○ 초청작 지원
○ Performance support
- 초청료 : 공연에 따라 개런티, 항공료, 숙박 등 협의
- Invitation fee : Depending on the performance, guarantee, airfare, and accommodation will be discussed with the performance team.
- 해외팀 국내 매니저, 통역 별도지원
- Overseas team's domestic manager and interpreter are supported separately
○ 티켓수익금은 주최 측 귀속
○ Ticket proceeds belong to the organizer

○ 제안 서류 : 자유 양식
○ Proposal documents : Free form
⦁ 공연소개(줄거리, 러닝타임, 투어 인원 등)
⦁ Performance introduction(Plot, Running time, Tour number, etc)
⦁ 공연 전체 동영상 및 사진 자료 5컷 이상
전체 동영상은 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 링크 공유 가능(ex. 유튜브 등 / URL 삽입)
⦁ Full length video and 5 cut of photos data of participating works
Full length videos can be shared through online platforms (ex. YouTube, etc.)
⦁ 단체 소개 및 기타 공연 자료
⦁ Group introduction and other performances materials
⦁ 테크니컬 라이더
⦁ Technical rider
※ 제안 서류 및 자료는 초청작 선정을 위한 용도로만 활용하며, 외부 유출은 하지 않습니다.
※ Proposal documents and materials are used only for selection of invitation, and no external leakage is made.
