“Death is not the past. It stands beside us still.”

People walk the streets as if nothing has happened.

All that remains on the ground are shoes without names.

A mother calling for her lost child.

Spirits wandering, unaware they are already dead.

Those who fell before the gunthose who pulled the trigger. They were all human.

One, two, threenames reduced to numbers are spoken again.

As past and present collide, we are forced to face their deaths.

<Life & Death -the old, old story-> layers civilian massacres of history with the wars of today.

Through shoes, bodies, traditional movement, and projection, memory takes shape on stage.

What kind of relationship will we choose to have with these deaths?

Art group C is a creative collective founded in October 2014. Artists from diverse disciplines—including theatre, dance, traditional performance, visual art, film, and music—collaborate horizontally to conceive and produce project-based performances.

Moving fluidly across genres, the group combines different artistic languages, seeking new stage forms through their intersection and expansion.

Art group C has supported the international exchange performances of its affiliated artists, broadening the scope of its creative practice. At the same time, it continues research and practical exploration around questions such as “theatre and the body,” “image and the body,” and “the narrative quality of space,” transforming these inquiries into performance.

Committed to trans-genre and non-verbal interdisciplinary art, the group expands collaborative networks through exchanges and workshops with various artistic organizations.

Major works include Sal (2015), The Time of Rabbit h (2016, 2022), Life and Death – An Old Story and Mem (2021), Red Hill (2023), and White House (2025).

Art group C is a collective that articulates contemporary questions through the language of the body, image, and spatial sensibility.
