The 10 Minute Open Play is a citizen participation program for anyone who loves performing arts.

Within the limited time of 10 minutes, a creative and passionate relay competition unfolds, showing wit, ideas, and possibilities through short performances.

The 10 Minute Open Play program is divided into two categories: the <General participation> and <College of Major participation>.

Anyone, regardless of age or major, can apply, and college students majoring in performance from all over the country participate in the competition, with prizes and certificates awarded to the winning groups.

BIPAF expands the 10-minute theater festival, which was held only indoors, to the Busan Cinema Center Square, which can be accessed by all citizens, to reach citizens as a space for festivals that embraces both indoor and outdoor spaces. Through such participation programs, BIPAF aims to grow into a festival with citizens and provide an opportunity to dream and hope for performing arts.
